Custom pet portraits are available in 2 options.
Select either an 11×14 High-Quality Canvas Print or a 16×20 High Quality Canvas Print
We currently only ship within the United States and are unable to ship products internationally.
We have a strict no-refund policy due to the custom unique nature of this product. Orders are not exchangeable, returnable, or editable. All orders are non-refundable. Delivery dates are approximations, and no refunds will be given for items that arrive after the anticipated delivery date.
Your custom order will be ready in 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer wait times during peak holiday seasons.
If you need your pet portrait completed sooner, please reach out to our team at (239)-240-1004.
To remove or edit a specific accessory from your pet portrait, please specify your request in the designated “Notes for artist” section.
We provide black and white frames at an extra fee, which you can choose when placing your purchase. If you choose a frame, The artwork will come separately from the frame and the frame may come before or after the artwork arrives.
You can currently include up to 3 pets in a single portrait , but there will be an additional fee of $20 for each pet beyond the first one.
